Being a wedding photographer based in Michigan, I can easily say that Shepherd’s Hollow is the best of the best! Although I visit and enjoy many of the best wedding venues in Michigan, I am always blown away by Shepherd’s Hollow.

From a wedding photographer’s perspective, Shepherd’s Hollow is one of the most amazing wedding venues that Michigan has to offer. The venue and grounds are beyond stunning. Additionally, their staff is incredibly organized and phenomenal to work with.

Vintage Inspired Luxury Wedding

Olivia & Max are some of the classiest people I know (see their engagement photo session if you don’t believe me!). They planned to have a vintage inspired luxury wedding, and Shepherd’s Hollow was the perfect place to make their wedding vision come to life.

Their wedding day was full of intentional details. For starters, Olivia wore her mother’s original wedding dress and veil. Additionally, Max proposed with his mother’s original wedding ring, so Olivia’s ring is also a beautiful vintage family heirloom.

Lastly, the vintage car they used for their wedding photos had the same ‘Just Married’ sign that Olivia’s parents drove off with on their own wedding day.

Every detail came together so beautifully, and it was such an honor to photograph this special wedding.
