Greenhouse Wedding in Saugatuck, Michigan

I am beyond excited to share these Michigan greenhouse wedding photos from Chloe and Brandon’s modern day dream wedding. Every part of their day was intentional and perfectly curated. I am just so in love with how it all came together!

They chose to do their first look on the beach of Lake Michigan. We took wedding photos all around the beach and dunes, my favorite photo locations in Michigan! And then we headed back to their venue, Ivy House, for the ceremony and reception.

Chloe and Brandon incorporated some unique elements to their reception. They had a first dance outdoors surrounded by their guests holding sparklers, a champagne tower, and a vintage getaway car. They also planned a fun day-after excursion to go boating on Lake Michigan! Keep scrolling to check out the photos!

Day After Wedding Photos on a Boat

Not only was their wedding day one to remember, but Chloe and Brandon really wanted to make their wedding a full weekend affair. Many of their family and friends traveled long distances to come to their wedding. So it only made sense to fill the weekend with activities, and make the most of their time together!

Chloe knew that she wanted wedding photos in a vintage boat on Lake Michigan. Because of that, we planned a day-after photo session to capture even more memories.

I always recommend that my clients consider a day-after wedding photo session. You spend too much money on your wedding dress to only wear it once! It’s always worth it to throw on your dress again and take some more wedding photos. I promise you won’t regret it!
